Due to expansion, SHELP is looking for a client order manager.
What you will be doing:
- conduct client communication and consultation on the stages of work with their order;
- calculate the cost and process new orders for clients upon request;
- track the quality and deadlines for order fulfillment;
- manage orders within company services and in Bitrix 24.
Who we are looking for:
- remote work experience with clients is mandatory;
- experience in the education sector (universities) will be a great advantage;
- readiness and desire to work for results;
- literate oral and written communication skills, business communication skills - communication is mainly in writing;
- desire to develop in a team - we have been on the market for over 8 years and are ready to share our experience and knowledge.

Conditions:
- fully remote work format - work where it is convenient for you;
- work schedule: 5/2 from 09:00 to 18:00 (from 08:00 to 17:00 - Moscow time) - weekends SAT, SUN;
- salary - weekly;
