Our marketing department generates a large number of leads daily that need to be called and qualified. We are growing rapidly, and therefore, we are looking for energetic lead managers / operators / telemarketers for our team.
Requirements:
- Activity, responsibility, result-orientation.
- Work experience of at least six months.
- Clear speech (without defects).
- Confident PC user.
- Understanding of script-based work principles, knowledge of any CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Calls according to a script from a ready-made client base (no searching, call process is automated).
- Filtering out those who do not meet the budget and other parameters.
- Consulting on company services.
- Maintaining reports in the CRM system.
Conditions:
- Remuneration — up to 80,000 rubles (base remuneration from 40,000 rubles + motivational part).
- Remote. From anywhere on Earth within the Moscow time zone.
- Additional payments — in accordance with the terms of cooperation.
- Paid training and detailed introduction to the product and processes.
- Interaction according to the agreed schedule: 5 days a week, approximately from 09:00 to 18:00 Moscow time.
- Work with a high-demand and understandable product.
- Direct and friendly interaction with the manager.
- Provision of corporate communication for project interaction.
