What you will be doing
· Processing outgoing requests and leads according to a ready-made script.
· Conducting short phone or text dialogues to identify interest.
· Qualifying clients based on clear criteria (suitable / not suitable for our product).
· Transferring qualified leads to the sales department.
· Recording all results and work status in the CRM system.
Optional: Compiling a database of potential clients (B2C) according to specified parameters.
Our expectations from the candidate
· Literate oral and written communication, clear pronunciation.
· Confident PC user, basic understanding of working with CRM (will be a plus, but we will teach everything).
· Ability to quickly navigate conversations and listen to the interlocutor.
· Responsibility, attention to detail, and adherence to agreements.
· Experience in a call center, support, or lead generation is welcome, but we will consider candidates without experience (we will conduct a two-day training).
Technical requirements for remote work
· Reliable PC or laptop.
· Stable high-speed internet.
· Headset (headphones with microphone).
· Quiet home space free from extraneous noise during work hours.
What we offer
· Work format: Full remote work (from anywhere).
· Schedule: Convenient 5/2 format from 9:00 to 18:00; 2/2 from 8:00 to 19:00 MSK
Income: Hourly pay + bonuses for each qualified lead (total income from 50,000 – 70,000 ₽ and above).
· Paid introductory training and support during the internship period. (2 days of training)
· Transparent motivation system and payments 2 times a month.
