What You Will Do
- Active phone sales: working with an already interested audience (warm client base, outbound calls).
- Two key product lines:
- Maintaining vital functions (joint health, cardiovascular system, weight management, diabetes).
- Men's health (urology, potency maintenance, prostatitis prevention).
- Deal support: quick order processing in the CRM system (we use "Skorozvon").
- Important: you will not have to search for clients from scratch or make cold calls. We provide a ready-made base of loyal clients.
Working Conditions
- Schedule: full day, classic five-day work week (5/2), 8-hour workday.
- Onboarding period: 2-3 day internship, including studying the product matrix, mastering negotiation techniques, and trial calls with mentor support.
Financial Conditions
You can choose a payment scheme that is convenient for you:
- Salary of 40,000 ₽ + fixed bonus for plan fulfillment + 5% of the redemption amount.
- Alternative scheme: 20% of the redemption amount (no base salary). Income level:
- Career start in the company — from 120,000 ₽.
- High-performing employees — from 200,000 ₽.
Payment details: twice a month (1st and 15th) to a bank card.

Important!
Only candidates for full-time employment will be considered. Combining with other projects or part-time employment is not possible.
