Remote Sales Manager for Online Store

We are inviting a remote sales manager who can build trusting relationships with clients, values stability, and wants to earn from 100,000 rubles.

📌 What we offer

✅ Salary with no hidden conditions Base salary + commission on sales + performance bonus. Payments — weekly or twice a month (your choice). For newcomers at the start: from 70,000 ₽, experienced employees: from 150,000 ₽ and above.

✅ Training and Support Paid internship with a business coach and mentor. Bonus of 2,500 ₽ for successful completion of training.

✅ Stable Schedule First week — training and internship (5/2, from 9 AM to 6 PM Moscow time). From the first month — full-time employment 5/2, standard workday (9 AM–6 PM). From the second month — individual schedule, but not less than 40 hours per week. You choose your convenient days and times between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Moscow time.

✅ Remote Work Work from home. If you relocate to Moscow, you can work from the office.

✅ Career Growth In 2–4 months — to team lead, in 4–6 months — to Head of Sales Department. All career steps are transparent and discussed in advance.

📞 Processing applications (calls are outgoing only). 🧴 Consulting clients (mainly audience 45+) about natural health products. ✍️ Processing orders in AmoCRM, assisting the client at all stages.
