Who we are: 🔸Digital agency "Pixel Plus" (international and federal brands).
What you will be doing: 🔸Communicating with existing clients (no cold sales). 🔸Calculating estimates, agreeing on deadlines and costs. 🔸Writing technical specifications and supervising the team (designers, developers, layout specialists). 🔸Managing documents (contracts, acceptance certificates, invoices). 🔸Working on project development and increasing client turnover.
Key Goals: Profit growth, contract renewals, increasing loyalty (NPS).
Requirements: 🔸Agency experience of 1 year or more (strictly). 🔸Knowledge of CMS 1C-Bitrix (administration). 🔸Understanding of development processes. 🔸Negotiation and multitasking skills.
Conditions: 🔸5/2, start from 8/9/10 AM MSK. Available from 10 AM to 7 PM MSK. 🔸Corporate events, tea/coffee, no dress code.
Important: Completion of a test assignment is mandatory.
Salary:
🔸Base salary + KPI (you regulate your income yourself).
