Genesis Company is looking for active and communicative employees to work with clients in Telegram and other messengers.
💬 What you will do: ▫️ process incoming inquiries from clients; ▫️ conduct outgoing communication — write to clients independently and maintain contact; ▫️ advise clients on the company's services and products; ▫️ present and promote the company's services; ▫️ identify client needs and offer suitable solutions; ▫️ support clients at all stages of interaction; ▫️ record communication results and maintain work reports.
✨ Important: this is not just about responding to incoming messages. The manager actively interacts with clients, initiates dialogue, presents services, and helps increase company sales.
🎯 Requirements: ▫️ fluent Russian language; ▫️ confident communication in messengers; ▫️ sociability and initiative; ▫️ a laptop or PC; ▫️ stable internet connection; ▫️ responsibility and discipline; ▫️ experience in sales, promotion, or support will be a plus.
💰 Conditions: ▫️ base salary 70,000 ₽ + bonuses; ▫️ income from 100,000 ₽+ upon meeting performance indicators; ▫️ schedule 5/2, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM Moscow time; ▫️ remote work from anywhere in the world; ▫️ free training;
