Currently, we are looking for: Customer Service Manager
Our clients: legal entities that provide workplaces in the Russian Federation. Our services, according to the Labor Code, are required by each of them on a regular basis.
🤝 We will be happy to collaborate if you:
- love communicating with people, have good speech and a confident voice
- have a desire to work in sales and earn from 80,000 rubles (there is no salary ceiling)
- possess qualities such as: communication skills, activity, result orientation, efficiency, integrity
- can conduct negotiations and presentations by phone with existing regular clients. YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOOK FOR NEW ONES!!!
- are ready to maintain contact with existing clients
- are ready to upsell occupational safety services. We do not identify the need, we create it
💳 On what terms will we interact:
- 50 thousand rubles (salary + KPI) + bonus (% of sales) - official salary - always on time
- employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation from day 1; work 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00 (Moscow time)
- remote work format (The central office is located in St. Petersburg)
- active corporate life and a young friendly team, employees working remotely come to St. Petersburg for every corporate event at the company's expense
