Revkit manages prices in the short-term rental market. It is an RMS (revenue management system): we connect via API to the client's management system (Realty Calendar, TravelLine, Bnovo), analyze the market for the city, and adjust prices based on occupancy and seasonality. Our clients include: apartment owners, management companies, and apart-hotels.
Who we're looking for A person who enjoys delving into numbers and can explain the results to a real person. A typical client question sounds like: "why did the price for October 14th drop by 800 rubles?". You need to open the data, find the reason, and respond in a way that the client understands and stays with us. This is not scripted support or sales.
