🚀 We are looking for a Middle / Middle+ Customer Success Manager to manage B2B clients: onboarding, async communication, billing follow-ups, and support of client processes. Product in the cold outreach and email infrastructure sphere for the US market. The company is bootstrapped, without investments, has already reached ~$2M ARR and is actively scaling the product and operations.

🛠 What you will be doing:

• Daily communication with B2B clients in Slack / WhatsApp
• Accompanying onboarding and supporting client processes
• Doing billing follow-ups and basic work with Stripe
• Updating internal statuses, tables, and Notion
• Supporting the team's operational processes and resolving client requests

💡We are looking for: Must-have:

• Customer Success / Customer Support experience in B2B from ~2 years
• English B2+ for daily async communication with clients in Slack / Intercom / email / WA
• Ability to manage multiple clients concurrently
• Experience working with Notion
• Independence and organization Nice-to-have:
• Experience with Stripe / billing
• Ability to work with current AI tools: Codex, Claude

Conditions:

• Salary range: 2000–5000 USDT, discussed individually depending on your experience
• Timezone: mandatory overlap with US business hours: approximately from 12:00 to 16:00 EST
• Full-time, remote work from anywhere in the world
