VIP Client Manager / Client Success Manager

We are a company of 150 people, and you will manage up to 7 clients. You will work directly with the heads of Traffic, Sales, and Operations.

📌 What you will do:

• Maintain contact with models: know their plans, schedules, and understand if they are satisfied with the cooperation; • Organize calls and work chats between clients and teams; • Resolve client issues: connect the right people, coordinate actions, and monitor execution; • Discuss traffic quality and content ideas, provide feedback, and track changes; • Inform about company updates, manage tasks and agreements in ClickUp;

👤 Who we are looking for:

• Experience in Client Success, Account Management, VIP client support, or senior Executive Support; • Fluent written and spoken English; • Ability to resolve issues involving multiple departments, conduct complex negotiations, and ensure agreements are met; • Experience with ClickUp or similar tools, Google Workspace, and basic analytics. • Experience in OnlyFans, working with models, traffic, or sales will be a plus.
