What you will be doing
- Helping partners increase sales: studying their communication channels, identifying growth areas, suggesting ideas.
- Solving emerging problems and turning challenges into opportunities.
- Organizing and supporting new launches.
- Staying informed about the market and sharing insights with partners and the team.
What is important
- You do not live in Russia or Belarus.
- Soft skills: communication, leadership, initiative, ability to listen and persuade.
- Experience in media management and/or sales.
- Customer Success/account management experience — as a plus.
- Working hours are CET — it makes sense to live within ±3 time zones.
- English language skills will be a plus.
