Account Manager (fintech, remote, RF)

🔥A growing fintech startup that helps international gaming and digital companies monetize the Russian market. It already works with several dozen partners worldwide, is growing steadily, and has a large and well-known gaming holding as a strategic partner. The company has just received its own payment license and is launching its SDK – it is now in an active growth phase.

📝 Responsibilities: • Support for current partners: access, integrations, resolution of operational issues • Upselling within already signed partners (expansion to new games/projects) • Deal support after the first call (documentation, onboarding, coordination with IT) • If desired – participation in content and pilot sales

👑 We are looking for: • Experience as an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager for 2+ years • Experience in fintech or payment services is a big plus • Fluent English (B2+), accent is not important • Chinese is an additional plus • Important: physically located in Russia • Independence, initiative, readiness for the unstable pace of a startup
