Key Account Manager (Remote)

About the company: An international payment company helping businesses accept payments worldwide: 150+ currencies, 80+ payment methods. Over 20 years on the market, a team of 600+ people.

Responsibilities:

• Build long-term partnerships with key merchants
• Identify growth areas and conduct cross-selling of company products
• Promptly resolve problematic situations while maintaining partner loyalty
• Increase the volume of processed transactions through negotiations and competitive advantages, increase traffic share
• Maintain up-to-date profiles for each partner: volumes, products, contacts, interaction history
• Systematically connect clients to new company products, increasing product penetration
• Comply with SLAs and regularly report on key performance indicators

Requirements:

• Your location: any country except Russia and Belarus
• At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Relations Manager, or Sales Manager
• Understanding of the high-risk industry specifics
• Fluent Russian, B2 English
