We're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team.

⚡️What you'll be doing:

• Daily operational monitoring of emerging issues and preparing feedback for clients;
• Prompt response to changes in existing clients' behavior;
• Regular preparation of client analytics;
• Daily written communication with clients, consulting on product-related questions and its operation;
• Building long-term client relationships, developing and improving agreements (upsales);
• Creating and optimizing effective business processes within the department and across the company.

💡What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in a payment service, preferably with iGaming projects;
• B2B communication experience in the high-risk sector;
• English proficiency B2+, fluent Russian;
• Willingness to travel worldwide (4+ times per year).
