Sales Manager

Company / Project: International payment provider working with the high-risk segment and specializing in iGaming. Geography - Europe, Latin America, and Asia. The company is located outside of Cyprus.

Format: Fully remote work.

Main tasks: — Search and attraction of new high-risk merchants in international markets through inbound leads and outbound. — Conducting negotiations and presentations with potential clients. — Preparation of commercial proposals and coordination of cooperation terms: commissions, limits, geography, etc. — Client support at all stages of the sales cycle. — Managing deals in CRM and maintaining the client base. — Achieving individual KPIs and sales plans. — Participation in international conferences and industry events. — Gathering feedback from clients and interacting with internal teams to improve the product and service.

Requirements (Experience / Skills): — 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales of payment solutions. — Experience in selling to iGaming / high-risk merchants and understanding the specifics of high-risk payments. — Skills in building and maintaining long-term client relationships. — High self-organization, proactivity, and result orientation. — Existing network of contacts in iGaming and related verticals will be an advantage. — Practical experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools. — Willingness for regular business trips and participation in international conferences. — English language — B2+. — Located outside of the Russian Federation.
