📌 Key Account Manager (Remote)

About the company: A international payment company helping businesses accept payments worldwide: 150+ currencies, 80+ payment methods. On the market for over 20 years, a team of 600+ people.

What you will do:

• Build long-term partnerships with key merchants
• Identify growth opportunities and cross-sell company products
• Promptly resolve problem situations, maintaining partner loyalty
• Increase the volume of processed transactions through negotiations and competitive advantages, increase traffic share
• Maintain up-to-date dossiers for each partner: volumes, products, contacts, interaction history
• Systematically connect clients to new company products, increasing product penetration
• Comply with SLAs and regularly report on key performance indicators

Requirements:

• Experience as an account manager, client relations manager, or sales manager for at least 2 years
• Understanding of the high-risk industry specifics
• Russian fluent, English B2
• Your location: any country except the Russian Federation and Belarus
