Key Account Manager | Fintech Payments

We are a technological fintech company developing payment solutions for businesses. We are looking for a KAM to support and grow the merchant portfolio: from integration to increasing turnover and connecting new products. The role combines client development, payment analytics, and internal team coordination.

What you will do ▪️ Develop relationships with merchants, conduct business reviews, and prevent churn. ▪️ Increase turnover through upsell and cross-sell: new payment methods, currencies, GEO, and payout services. ▪️ Analyze TPV, revenue, profitability, approval / conversion rate, returns, and chargebacks. ▪️ Support integrations, coordinate incident resolution, and connect payment methods. ▪️ Participate in optimizing payment routing considering conversion, cost, and risks. ▪️ Interact with Product, Development, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Legal departments on client issues, reconciliations, settlements, and cooperation terms.

Who we are looking for ▪️ 2+ years in KAM / Account Management / Merchant Success / BDM. ▪️ Experience in payments: PSP, acquiring, payment gateways, orchestration, or related products. ▪️ Understanding of the payment lifecycle, payment methods, and transaction routing. ▪️ Experience in developing an existing B2B portfolio, negotiations, and growing client turnover. ▪️ Ability to analyze metrics and translate client requests into understandable tasks for the team. ▪️ English B2+ and fluent Russian.

High-risk and cross-border payments, knowledge of KYB / AML, fraud prevention, API, and webhooks, experience with Postman, BI, and SQL will be a plus.
