Payment manager

Looking for Payment manager (office work, Cyprus)🙌

Responsibilities: • Maintaining communication with payment service providers (PSPs) • Negotiating and obtaining the most favorable commercial terms • Supporting KYC / KYB processes and other compliance procedures with payment providers • Participating in the connection and launch of new payment methods • Managing operational activities for payment methods (support and optimization of already launched solutions) • Interacting with internal teams: finance, development, analytics, etc. • Monitoring key payment metrics (approval rate, decline rate, etc.) • Requesting and analyzing information on rejected and pending transactions in conjunction with internal teams, followed by working through the reasons for rejection with payment providers

Requirements: • Experience in analytics / finance / operations / support (from 1–2 years) • Analytical thinking and attention to detail • English language at an intermediate level or higher (for correspondence and basic communication with providers) • Willingness to learn quickly

Will be a plus: • Any experience with payments, banks, or fintech • Understanding of basic online payment principles • Experience with data or BI tools
