Senior Partnerships Manager | Fintech

We’re looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join a fast-growing fintech company in the payments space.

What you’ll do: • Onboard PSPs and processing partners from first contact to live transactions • Manage partner relationships and merchant accounts across multiple channels • Coordinate integrations and operational launches • Handle settlements, reconciliations, limits, reserves and financial conditions • Resolve operational, compliance and acquirer-related issues • Identify opportunities to scale existing solutions and improve efficiency

What we’re looking for: • 3+ years in partnerships, account management or onboarding within payments • Strong understanding of PSPs, acquiring and payment processing • Hands-on experience with merchant accounts and payment partners • Strong communication and ownership mindset • Fluent Russian + strong English
