Key Account Manager (Remote)

About us: A global payment company helping businesses accept payments worldwide: 150+ currencies, 80+ payment methods. We have been in the market for over 20 years, with a team of 600+ people.

What you will be doing:

• Building long-term partnerships with key merchants
• Identifying growth opportunities and cross-selling company products
• Promptly resolving problematic situations while maintaining partner loyalty
• Increasing the volume of processed transactions through negotiations and competitive advantages, increasing traffic share
• Maintaining up-to-date profiles for each partner: volumes, products, contacts, interaction history
• Systematically connecting clients to new company products, increasing product penetration
• Complying with SLAs and regularly reporting on key performance indicators

Requirements:

• Your location: any country except the Russian Federation and Belarus
• At least 2 years of experience as an account manager, client relationship manager, or sales manager
• Understanding of the high-risk industry specifics
• Russian fluency, English B2
