We are an international B2B service with a 20-year history that turns ordinary PDF files into interactive, page-turnable online books (flipbooks). Today, our product is used by over 70,000 companies from 190 countries, and our daily audience exceeds half a million readers.

Despite the product's maturity, we continue to actively develop: we study customer requests, analyze the market, and implement only those features that truly solve user problems. There are 4 people in our Product team, and we have dozens of interesting initiatives in the backlog, but to implement them all, we often lack hands.

We are looking for a product person with strong experience in systems analysis, who is ready not just to think through new features with us, but to DEEPLY ELABORATE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, WRITE CLEAR DOCUMENTATION, and accompany implementation from idea to release and analysis of usage results.

What makes this role special?

This is a hybrid position for those who combine product thinking and a love for implementation details. You will participate in the entire feature development cycle, but YOUR MAIN CONTRIBUTION - IS IN CLEAR, COMPLETE, AND UP-TO-DATE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION, which will allow development and QA to work quickly, accurately, and without constant clarifications.

We are not looking for just a product person with a bunch of ideas, but a practitioner who:

• can turn business requirements into structured technical specifications
• understands how technical decisions can affect UX and business logic
• is ready to delve into the logic of the existing product to avoid breaking what already works
• believes that good documentation is the foundation of quality development

How the process is structured and what you will be doing

We work in 4-month periods with a clear roadmap. Here is the typical path of a feature - and your role at each stage:

1. Research. Analysis of customer requests, support cases, and competitor solutions. You participate in discussions to understand the essence of the problem.
2. Solution formulation. Together with the team, you define the scope, write user scenarios, and help form the first mockups.
3. Elaboration with design and copywriting. Based on discussions, you formulate concise, precise requirements for layouts and texts - so that designers and copywriters don't have to guess what exactly is expected of them.
4. Iterations and validation. You participate in UX solution discussions, give feedback, consult with development on feasibility and impact on the system.
5. Demo for team leads. Before development, you participate in preparing a solution presentation for leads of development, QA, marketing, sales, and support - to gather feedback and avoid mistakes before the start of implementation.
6. Writing technical specifications for development and testing

This is your key contribution!!! You:

• describe business logic, edge cases, dependencies
• clarify technical details with development
• formulate requirements so they can be unambiguously implemented and tested
• use tools: Google Docs, Jira, Miro - and, if necessary, UML diagrams (where they really help)

7. Support in development and testing

You promptly supplement documentation upon team requests, accompany implementation, participate in demos conducted by development after the feature is ready, conduct reviews for compliance with requirements, and consult QA on ambiguous scenarios during testing. 8. Post-release

You keep the documentation up to date - because the product continues to evolve.

What we expect from you

• Experience: at least 3 years in a Product Manager role and 2 years in a Systems/Business Analyst role in a SaaS product
• Technical literacy: you understand the basic principles of client-server architecture, APIs, data exchange formats, and databases; you are capable of productive dialogue with developers; your English proficiency is sufficient for reading and writing technical documentation
