We are SMS Aero. For 15 years, we have been building a service that helps businesses communicate with customers — simply and quickly. It helps automate: – authorizations in services – customer notifications, – order confirmations, – event reminders, – marketing campaigns.
We were the first to offer a platform for SMS campaigns, and now we are developing a cascade of communications: we combine SMS, identity verification by phone number (Mobile-ID), authorization via call (FlashCall), Telegram, chat bots, and other channels into a single service for business.
We are currently looking for a Product Manager who will help transform SMS Aero from an SMS campaign service into a multi-channel platform for cascade communications. Someone who thinks strategically and works hands-on equally well: designing products, testing hypotheses, interacting with the team, and seeing the results of their work in numbers.
Implementation of new services as alternatives to SMS (within 4 months): – Conduct product research: competitor analysis, forming and testing hypotheses, user surveys. – Develop authorization via call (FlashCall) and identification by number (Mobile ID): define a set of features, select providers, think through packaging, pricing, promotion channels (distribution), and the application programming interface (API). – Launch the products, collect feedback, and implement monthly reporting. – Supplement the lineup with new channels (e.g., Max).
Setting up the communication cascade (within 5 months): – Reposition the service with a focus on cascade technologies. – Develop a flagship cascade page and update the website navigation. – Design and implement visual and functional integration of the cascade in the personal account and the application programming interface (API).
Relaunch of customer relationship management modules (AmoCRM and Bitrix, within 6 months): – Analyze the best solutions on the market, develop a vision and technical specifications. – Launch the updated modules together with the team and establish reporting.
Review and development of the personal account (within 8 months): – Analyze the accumulated list of product tasks (backlog), describe ideas for its improvement. – Conduct research, collect feedback, launch updates.
Research and development of the chat bot direction (within 9 months): – Develop hypotheses, assess the market, and calculate the implementation budget.
– 3+ years in product, 5+ years in development: marketing, sales. Stable experience in each position ± 18 months. – Experience in the cloud software services for business (B2B SaaS) field from 1 year. – Experience in product teams of small or medium businesses. Experience in large corporations is possible if it was within internal startups or independent product lines. – Product design skills: from hypotheses to launch. – Excellent command of text (copywriting) and informational style. – Understanding of metrics and experience influencing them: average revenue per user (ARPU), long-term customer value (LTV), total revenue. – Ability to work with data and database queries (SQL). – Experience in product and possibly marketing research: studying customer journey (CJM) and their needs (JTBD), competitor analysis. – Experience in designing landing pages, presentations, and interfaces. – A plus: experience managing development in a project manager role.
