An IT company X5 Tech (X5 Group) is looking for a Senior Product Process Manager.
In the team, you will:
- Full support of the product transformation of a business unit (definition of product portfolio, launch and development of teams);
- Development and implementation of product management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, LeSS) considering business specifics;
- Organization and conduct of strategic sessions and product workshops for top management (CEO-2 and above);
- Organization and conduct of regular assessments of team and delivery process efficiency (Delivery) (T2M, Lead Time, Predictability);
- Organization and conduct of regular assessments of product initiatives (metrics, effects, goal setting, strategy, and vision);
- Development of product owners (participation in hiring, competency assessment, mentoring, coaching, training);
- Coaching of delivery managers (Scrum Masters, Delivery Managers, IT Leads, Tech Leads) for organizing delivery processes in product teams;
- Coaching of product managers (POs) in terms of organizing product processes;
- Coordination of interaction between product teams and adjacent functions;
- Organization and participation in the development of the product owner brand (internal and external);
- Representing the organization on behalf of the product community at industry conferences and events (as a participant, speaker, volunteer).
We are looking for you if you have:
- Expert knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban) and their adaptation to business realities;
- Experience in conducting a full transformation cycle (from diagnostics to implementation) in business units with 200+ employees;
- Experience in conducting a full product transformation cycle (from diagnostics to implementation) in organizations with 1000+ employees);
- Strategic planning and change management skills at the top management level;
- Ability to develop and implement product and process metrics systems;
- Experience in building organizational design for product teams;
- Experience in facilitating events for 50+ participants at the CEO-3 level and above;
- Experience launching products as PO, CPO, CTO, TL;
- Higher education (preferably in management, IT, or engineering);
- Mandatory certifications: SAFe SPC or LeSS Practitioner (Desirable: PSPO+, PSM II+, ICP-ACC, PMP).
