The goal is to help R&D teams work faster, more transparently, reduce manual operations, and improve data quality and company revenue.
What you will do:

- Conduct idea generation and hypothesis testing to determine the feasibility of solutions in terms of timing, cost, risks, and implementation complexity;
- Analyze current business processes, develop functional requirements, describe user scenarios;
- Manage the backlog of tasks and processes of a cross-functional team;
- Accept implemented functionality from the perspective of business value, quality, and readiness for use;
- Analyze feedback and product metrics.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner; preferably – experience managing a complex digital product with a large number of dependencies and integrations;
- Experience in business process modeling and setting functional requirements;
- Understanding of product economics and the ability to influence metrics;
- Product mindset: you focus on solving user or business problems, not on delivering a solution; you are oriented towards the long-term value of the product;
- Analytical skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, and responsibility;
- Readiness to create a digital product "from scratch".
Will be a plus:
- Experience in an FMCG company or understanding of R&D product development processes;
