Responsibilities:
- Manage the prioritization of the task list (backlog) for the "Client Personal Account Purchases" product stream, aligning them with product goals, metrics, and business needs
- Formulate and maintain the customer journey, optimize key user scenarios
- Participate in the development and implementation of business process improvements
- Interact with adjacent teams for the integrity of end-to-end scenarios
- Prepare presentations, change logs (releases), and reports, present results
- Participate in budgeting, resource estimation, and effort assessment
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience in developing order processing, delivery, and post-sales service platforms will be an advantage
- Ability to conduct user research: surveys, interviews, tests, analysis of user feedback and requests
- Ability to interact with the development team, understanding the basics of web development and the product task implementation process
- Knowledge of corporate and web analytics basics
- Ability to build a metrics tree
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles
- Strong skills in delegation, planning, coordination, and task execution control
- Ability to propose and justify solutions based on data, research, analytics, and user feedback
