Today, I want to share a vacancy with my colleagues in the same field, at WB Bank. You will be working under the guidance of my best friend (which is why this post exists), an extremely strong product manager, in a startup atmosphere with the opportunity not just to grow the current product, but essentially to create a new one for the developing e-commerce bank. We are looking for a Digital Product Owner for the "Deposits and Savings Accounts" product in our Wildberries Bank Digital Business team.

Tasks:

• Designing and maintaining the quality of the customer journey;
• Supporting the development team, in accordance with the established strategy of the direction and the Bank;
• Initiating qualitative and quantitative research to find optimal product solutions that meet current customer demand;
• Defining the backlog of work within the supervised area, determining the boundaries of the MVP and the full version of the commercial product based on research, analytical data, and substantiated product hypotheses.

You are a good fit for us if:

• You have experience managing a development team;
• You have worked as a PO / PM / DPO in digital products for 2+ years;
• You have experience with Deposit and Savings Account products (mandatory);
• You have experience with analytical tools (Data-driven approach to decision-making);
• You can manage stakeholder expectations (ability to formulate "no" to business clients with data-backed arguments).
