Investment company BCS World of Investments is looking for a Product Owner.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement a unified Holding loyalty program, ensure its further development and support;
- Formulate and update the strategy for the loyalty program, service packages, and non-financial services;
- Manage operational processes related to the implementation of the loyalty program and package offers;
- Be responsible for the financial results of the direction: control the economics of the program, evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, and make decisions to improve indicators;
- Develop a partner network: attract new partners, build and maintain interaction with existing partners on the loyalty program and non-financial services;
- Formulate and control target SLAs for the loyalty program, service packages, and non-financial services;
- Initiate and implement the transformation and automation of business processes of the direction;
- Manage customer communications for the loyalty program, service packages, and non-financial services in collaboration with adjacent teams;
- Prepare analytical, presentation, and methodological materials for the direction;
- Interact with internal company departments to launch, support, and scale initiatives.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- From 3 years of experience in managing loyalty programs, service packages, subscription or service products;
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies for the development of customer programs, services, or product offerings;
- Education in marketing or technology;
- Understanding of loyalty program economics: ability to manage P&L/budget, calculate the effectiveness of initiatives, evaluate business cases;
- Experience in building and optimizing operational processes, as well as automating business processes;
- Practical experience in interacting with external partners and managing partner programs;
- Experience in managing customer communications and cross-functional interaction with marketing, product, IT, legal, compliance, and operational departments;
