Hoff retail chain is looking for a CPO.
Hoff is a multi-format retailer of furniture and home goods, operating under an "All in One Place" concept.
Hoff offers qualified assistance at all stages of home furnishing – from creating a design project and custom furniture production to final assembly.
CPO at Hoff:
- Responsible for product strategy and the P&L of the product portfolio in alignment with the company's business goals.
- Responsible for the commercial performance of the product: CR, GMV, Average Order Value (AOV), retention, LTV.
- Forms and defends the Roadmap: from quick wins to strategic platform changes, based on Unit Economics.
- Sets up a systematic process for generating and validating product hypotheses: from idea and prototype to a secured financial model and go-to-market strategy.
- Defines the go/no-go/kill decision-making methodology for products at various maturity stages.
- Ensures the verification of user value, form factor, and key scenarios.
- Forms and develops the product team, enhances the maturity of hardware + software + firmware development management processes.
- Initiates UX/UI optimization, generates and tests.
- Builds product processes (discovery, delivery) and cross-functional interaction with development, design, marketing, and sales.
- Regularly interacts with R&D for effective product portfolio development.
- Manages user, marketing, and financial metrics throughout the entire product development lifecycle and makes data-driven decisions.
- Defines the architecture for integrations with external services (delivery, logistics, CRM, ERP, payment gateways), ensuring data security and seamlessness.
- Translates customer pain points into product features that directly impact commercial results.
- Analyzes the market, competitors, and trends, identifying new opportunities for exponential growth.
Candidate Expectations:
- At least 3 years of experience as CPO / Head of Product / VP Product in e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of physical product economics: prototyping, components, cost of changes, and limitations.
- Experience in creating a product process and hypothesis testing methodology in a company that previously lacked a systematic approach.
- Practice in making complex product decisions, including restructuring, managed product shutdowns, and managing reputational risks.
- Experience in hiring and developing product teams, with the ability to enhance their maturity and decision-making quality.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build working relationships with different departments.
- Experience in building and defending product business models (increment) to stakeholders, CEO, or the board of directors.
