We are developing Magnit Plus – it’s no longer just a loyalty program, but a full-fledged ecosystem platform. Personalization, subscriptions, cashback, game mechanics, AI recommendations, and financial services intersect here. And we need a strong manager to help take our CVM campaigns to the next level.

What you will be doing:

💫 implementing targeted marketing and CVM campaigns to grow LTV and the quality of the client base; 💫 optimizing launch processes: from developing requirements for new mechanics to audience segmentation and channel selection. 💫 participating in the formation of a promotion plan and defending hypotheses to stakeholders. 💫 conducting A/B tests, implementing automation for regular launches, and deeply analyzing the results of each campaign.

What is important to us:

✅ experience in a similar role for 2+ years. ✅ experience with Jira, Figma, and Miro – we work as a single product organism, and these tools are part of our daily routine. ✅ clear understanding of A/B testing: working with control groups, interpreting statistical significance. ✅ expertise in audience segmentation – you know how to find the right client and tell them exactly what they want to hear.
