We are announcing a search for a top manager capable of uniting strategic marketing with commercial performance management. We are looking for a leader who will ensure synergy between the brand philosophy and the financial efficiency of the business. You must be result-oriented and work on 3 levels: semantic, communicative, and instrumental. We need a specialist who will take on our key growth drivers:
- Brand Building: Forming a company identity that communicates its values in the market.
- Marketing Strategy: Developing and implementing a strategy that ensures business sustainability through customer loyalty and employee engagement.
- Commercial Result: Ensuring sales plans are met across all distribution channels (retail, B2B, e-com).
Functional Responsibilities:
- Marketing and Reach Management: Developing and implementing a marketing plan within budget; ensuring target market share and planned profitability indicators.
- Commercial Management: Planning and decomposing revenue streams by sales channels; managing Heads of Sales (retail, B2B, e-com); controlling compliance with commercial targets.
- Analytics and Efficiency: Data-driven marketing management (ROI, reach, target audience segmentation); in-depth analysis of the market, competitive environment, and consumer behavior.
- Customer Experience and Omnichannel: Ensuring seamless service and unified service standards at all customer touchpoints.
- Systemic Development: Automating business processes, regulating departmental operations, and developing effective material and non-material motivation systems for the team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in managing marketing and commercial departments. Experience in a similar position in retail will be your advantage.
- Strategic planning and business goal decomposition skills.
- Ability to work with complex loyalty programs and audience segmentation.
- Focus on hard metrics and P&L management.
- Ability to implement modern tools and automate processes.
