Brand Director required for Yarmarka Trading House.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the company's brand strategy and brand portfolio strategy;
- Management of the brand's P&L and marketing budget, ensuring return on investment;
- Management of the brand lifecycle: from finding insights and developing concepts to launch, scaling, and performance evaluation;
- Formation of a long-term marketing strategy to ensure growth in sales, profit, and market share;
- Management of assortment portfolio, positioning, pricing, and brand architecture;
- Analysis of the market, consumers, trends, and competitive environment, identification of new growth opportunities;
- Leadership of the brand marketing team, employee development, and building a strong expert function.
Requirements:
- Higher education (marketing, economics, management);
- At least 7 years of experience in FMCG, including at least 3–5 years in leadership positions in brand marketing;
- Practical experience in developing and launching successful brands and new products;
- Understanding of category management, assortment management, and brand economics;
- Experience with marketing research, consumer behavior analytics, and marketing investment performance evaluation;
- Skills in strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional teams;
- Experience in team management and employee development;
- High level of strategic and analytical thinking, leadership, and results orientation.
