Brand Director (Household Chemicals) at Cotton Club

Products are manufactured in 4 key categories: hygiene, cosmetics, childhood, and household goods. The portfolio includes well-known brands such as: YA SAMAYA, AURA, QUALITA, Solntse i Luna, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Development of a long-term marketing strategy (product, communication, media, promotion);
- Team management;
- Market analysis, ability to work with data;
- Marketing budget planning;
- Management of the existing assortment, introduction of new products;
- Setting tasks for brand managers, designers, and the purchasing department;
- Development of brand positioning in different product segments;
- Search for new promising product niches, hypothesis building;
- Search and development of unique product advantages;
- Margin management.
We expect from the successful candidate:
- Higher education in marketing is welcomed;
- Experience in FMCG (preferably non-food);
- Experience in managing marketing teams and business processes;
- Digital marketing skills;
- Successful experience in developing and launching new brands and products.
