A large jewelry company with its own production base and international supply is looking for a Brand Director for silver.
Interesting tasks await you, including:
- Hands-on work. You will independently develop marketing plans, analyze pricing, write technical specifications, edit mock-ups, and manage contractors.

- Real responsibility. You will directly influence assortment, prices, promotion, and profit.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategy and positioning. Developing a long-term growth plan for the "Silver" category, defining the growth vector.
- Brand DNA management. Personally overseeing the visual style, tone of voice, website, social media, and packaging. Doing it yourself without a huge staff.
- Annual marketing plan and budget. Planning and integrating activities (special projects, digital, advertising), optimizing the budget independently.
- Full project cycle. From brief to post-analytics. Writing technical specifications, managing contractors, controlling deadlines and quality.
- Analytics and pricing. Analyzing the market, competitors, sales, etc. Influencing prices, optimizing, and determining what and in what quantities to purchase.
- Participation in international procurement. Analyzing trends (including trips to Asia), recommending assortment for release under our own brand.
- Cross-functional interaction. Collaborating with marketing, e-commerce, procurement, and analytics teams through expertise and KPIs.
We expect from you:
- Experience as a Brand Director or Brand Manager in jewelry companies (silver and/or gold jewelry). Knowledge of the specifics of silver accessories.
- Strategic thinking — ability to build long-term plans. Ability to clearly communicate and present your ideas.
- Strong analytical skills — working with numbers, spreadsheets, cost price, and forecasts.
- Willingness to work hands-on independently.
- Stress resistance, systematic approach, and the ability to defend ideas with arguments to management.
- Experience with procurement (including international, e.g., China).
