MIUZ Diamonds (formerly Moscow Jewelry Plant JSC) is the largest manufacturer of diamond jewelry in Russia. Its history dates back to 1920, being the main successor to the legacy of famous jewelers.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and support sales in the retail network
• Marketing management for boutiques: brand standards control, development of merchandising and customer programs
• Planning and execution of advertising and event activities aimed at attracting and retaining the target audience
• Marketing department management: task setting, performance monitoring, team development
• Budget planning and evaluation of marketing activities effectiveness

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the premium segment (jewelry, fashion, luxury goods) or in non-food retail chains
• People management experience, ability to inspire and motivate employees
• Knowledge of the retail market — market analysis, forecasting, price monitoring, presentation
• Understanding of the specifics of retail network operations and principles of working with a premium audience
• Strategic planning and budget management skills
