Electronics accessories retailer iCover is looking for a Brand Director.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic management of the brand portfolio — balancing the portfolio by category, making decisions on launching new brands and products;
- Implementation of the research function — organizing the process of collecting and analyzing market data, trends, consumer insights, implementing a data-driven approach;
- Management of the NPD (New Product Development) process — taking products from an idea based on research to a full market launch;
- Development of brand platforms — forming positioning, identity, and communication strategy for each brand in the portfolio;
- Management of the marketing and promotion block — within approved budgets and strategy;
- Team development — managing the existing brand team (10+ people), forming new directions (research block, design).
What's important:
- Successful experience in product marketing/brand management, where the key growth driver was the product itself;
- Understanding the specifics of e-commerce and marketplaces as the main sales channel;
- Experience in building a department from scratch, forming its structure, and establishing systematic processes, regulations, and KPIs to ensure efficient and scalable operation of the function;
- Budgeting skills and product P&L management;
- Management experience — leading a team of 10+ people, employee development, building effective interaction within the function;
- Openness in communication, ability to build dialogue with the team, reliability, and responsibility for results.
