What you will be doing:

• Strategic management of the brand portfolio — balancing the portfolio by category, making decisions on launching new brands and products;
• Implementation of the research function — organizing the process of collecting and analyzing market data, trends, consumer insights, implementing a data-driven approach;
• Managing the NPD (New Product Development) process — taking products from an idea based on research to a full market launch;
• Developing brand platforms — forming positioning, identity, and communication strategy for each brand in the portfolio;
• Managing the marketing and promotion block — within approved budgets and strategy;
• Team development — managing the existing brand team (10+ people), forming new directions (research block, design).

• Successful experience in product marketing / brand management, where the product itself was the key growth driver;
• Understanding the specifics of e-commerce and marketplaces as the main sales channel;
• Experience in building a department from scratch, forming its structure, and establishing systematic processes, regulations, and KPIs that ensure efficient and scalable operation of the function;
• Budgeting and P&L management skills for a product;
• Management experience — leading a team of 10+ people, developing employees, building effective interaction within the function;
• Openness in communication, ability to build dialogue with the team, reliability, and responsibility for results.
