Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in E-commerce (Retail/Fashion/Sport)
- Experience managing a team of 10+ people
- Deep knowledge of the rules and algorithms of major platforms
- Understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, specifics of sports and fashion brands
- Deep understanding of marketplace mechanics: ranking, SEO, advertising tools
- Content strategy: creating selling content, Rich-content
- Operations: managing inventory and turnover
- Strategic thinking: vision for sales channel development
