Marketing Director / CMO

Today, we are strengthening our marketing team to take the brand to a new level – to consolidate our positions in the regions, enhance emotional connection with consumers, and accelerate the growth of new business directions.

Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking and entrepreneurial drive. Someone who is equally confident speaking with the owner about profit, with production about technology, and with consumers – in the language of emotions. A marketer who is not afraid of numbers, loves the product, and is capable of turning a strong brand into an undisputed category leader.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the brand and product lines.
• Increasing brand presence.
• Assortment and pricing management: analytics, profitability, positioning.
• New Product Development (NPD): from idea to shelf.
• Development of trade and brand marketing in all B2B/B2C channels.
• Development of the marketing and advertising team.
• Interaction with the commercial department, R&D, and production to ensure synchronized product launches.
• Marketing budget management and evaluation of investment effectiveness (ROI, profitability, market share).

Requirements:

• Experience in leading a marketing department/division in FMCG, in the meat or food industry.
• Practical experience in launching new products and promoting federal-level brands.
• Systems thinking, understanding of business analytics and product economics.
• Skills in building interaction between marketing, sales, and production.
• Ability to manage a team, form a strategy, and achieve concrete results.

Conditions:

• Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
• Official salary (income level discussed with the successful candidate).
• Work schedule 5/2 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Corporate canteen.
• Work location – Krylatkoye metro station (corporate transport is organized from the metro, travel time 5-7 minutes).
