We are a dynamically developing restaurant holding with several successful projects in our portfolio, each with different concepts: from gastronomic restaurants to democratic formats.
We are looking for a Deputy Marketing Director – a leader who will take on the responsibility of building the holding's marketing function: from strategy to operational execution. This is not an "Advertising Manager" position. This is a role where you will influence business results, brand development, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Analytics
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for restaurant projects
- Analyze the market, competitors, and consumer trends
- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources among projects, control ROI
- Implement and monitor key metrics: ROMI, LTV, CAC, traffic, average check, conversion from visitor to regular guest
Brand Management
- Formulate positioning and develop brands for the restaurant group
- Ensure adherence to identity and communication tone across all touchpoints
- Participate in the development and launch of new concepts – from idea to market positioning
Digital Marketing
- Define the digital presence strategy: websites, social media (Instagram, Telegram, VK), reputation management.
- Develop a CRM strategy: unified guest database, segmentation, communication automation
- Manage performance marketing: targeted ads, contextual ads, working with bloggers and agencies
- Implement digital tools: online booking, delivery, mobile applications
Traditional Marketing and Communications
- Plan and execute integrated advertising campaigns: outdoor advertising, city events, collaborations
- Develop the PR function: working with media, influencers, organizing press previews and tastings
- Launch event and product marketing
- Develop partnership marketing and loyalty programs
Team Management
- Build and develop the marketing team (SMM, design, PR, content)
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, develop employee competencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: restaurant management, chefs, brand teams
- Optimize organizational structure and business processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within the restaurant business, HoReCa, retail, or FMCG
- Mandatory – relevant experience in the restaurant industry
- Higher education (marketing, economics, project management) – welcomed
- Successful experience in developing and implementing marketing and advertising strategies
- Experience in managing comprehensive 360° marketing: Digital, PR, SMM, Content, CRM, Events
- Budget management and analytics skills: ROMI, LTV, CAC, conversions
- Understanding of digital tools: SEO, SMM, CRM, email/SMS marketing, targeted ads, contextual ads
- Experience managing a team of 8-10 people
- Negotiation and partner management skills
- Experience launching restaurant projects from scratch (from concept creation to full project launch)
