The technology holding company Rikor-Holding is looking for a Director of Marketing and Advertising.
Rikor is a major manufacturer of computing equipment: laptops, server platforms, phones, and AI-based solutions. With a new strategic direction focused on developing retail and marketplace sales, they are strengthening their market presence and seeking a talented specialist to manage marketing and advertising activities.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for launching and retaining a new consumer brand (B2C).
- Full brand management cycle: from positioning, creative concept, and communication tone to controlling their adherence across all media.
- Planning, launch, and optimization of effective advertising campaigns (digital, performance, partnership programs, with potential ATL involvement).
- Formation, allocation, and strict control of the advertising budget with a focus on ROI.
- Management of advertising material production (commercials, videos, social media content, banners).
- Preparation of promotions and offers in federal retail.
- Supervision of the new website launch project (brand platform and/or online store), including the development of a content strategy and content management.
- Managing a team and/or external agencies to achieve set business goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in an advertising or creative agency with its own production capabilities (video, digital, content) will be an advantage.
- Experience in implementing successful projects for launching or rebranding brands in the B2C segment "from scratch to the first sales."
- Masterfully manages large advertising budgets, knows media planning tools, and can calculate LTV/CAC.
- Understands the specifics and trends of promoting high-tech products (smartphones, gadgets, electronics) and knows its target audience.
- Thinks strategically but is not afraid of hands-on operational tasks.
