We are currently seeking a Head of Marketing and Advertising!
The key task is not to create processes from scratch, but to establish systematic team management and control of performance indicators!!!
Your responsibilities will include
Audit and Management
- Conduct an audit of current marketing: channels, budgets, connections, analytics, team, contractors.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness through key metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, reach).
- Optimize advertising costs, reallocate budgets for maximum ROMI.
Strategy and Growth
- Develop and implement a long-term marketing strategy.
- Identify new target segments, growth strategies, and brand development.
- Discover new markets and niches, develop hypotheses for growth through marketing.
- The main goal is to increase company profits!
Analytics and Funnels
- Analyze the customer journey from traffic source to sale.
- Monitor lead cost, lead quality, conversion rates, ROMI — identify growth opportunities.
Management
- Lead the internal team and external contractors (SMM, SEO, contextual advertising, targeted advertising, etc.).
- Manage a team of 5 employees.
Our ideal candidate
Required Experience:
- Role as Head of Marketing (B2G, B2B, dealers).
- Experience with technically complex products (IT, automation, industrial equipment, B2B and B2G services).
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing: SEO, SMM, contextual advertising, email marketing, CRM systems.
- Management of external contractors in all key digital areas.
- Organization of annual events and ROI assessment after events.
- Launch of new products.

Conditions
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The company has been on the market for 5 years, with no turnover among key employees.
- Full-time employment, offline only (remote and hybrid options are not considered).
- Working hours: from 09:00 to 18:00.
