Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
- Recruiting, training, and motivating department employees, creating a favorable atmosphere for creative work and increasing efficiency.
2. Budgeting:
- Developing and managing the budget for marketing activities, monitoring expenses, and ensuring a return on marketing investment.
3. Market and Consumer Preference Analysis:
- Studying consumer preferences, trends, and competitor actions to define effective strategies.
4. Development of Sales Promotions:
- Planning and implementing various promotions, discounts, and promo programs to stimulate purchases.
5. Marketing Communications:
- Creating advertising materials, participating in events aimed at promoting goods and services;
- Developing a loyalty program;
- Developing partnership programs.
**6. Performance Monitoring:
- Evaluating the results of conducted activities and making proposals for further strategy improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in management positions in marketing, preferably in the fitness sector or related industries;
- Experience with client services, product marketing, and assortment management;
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SMM, PR, and advertising activities will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of modern marketing tools and sales analytics;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build partnership relations;
- High results orientation and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Love for sports and a healthy lifestyle;
- Presentable appearance and good communication skills.
