RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing placements on classifieds and social networks. Improving the efficiency and conversion rate of leads.
• Developing the marketing concept for a real estate agency and its implementation.
• Checking the correctness of posted advertisements.
• Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns based on data from classified ad platforms, optimization.
• SEO optimization of ads, analytics.
• Working with content, texts, updating information.
• Working with the AMO CRM system, developing and configuring integrations.
• Planning and controlling the advertising budget, effective allocation of funds.
• Reducing the cost per lead, implementing new tools and technologies.
• Searching for and developing new traffic channels.
• Analyzing the real estate market, competitors, and target audience to develop a marketing strategy, negotiating with contractors, setting tasks and controlling execution, participating in planning meetings and general meetings.

WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US, what are the requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in marketing.
2. Experience with various marketing tools.
3. Ability to work independently on organizing events, developing advertising campaigns, and budgeting.
4. Analytical skills, creativity, proactivity, communication skills, responsibility, self-organization.
5. Proficient oral and written communication, ability to write selling headlines and texts.
6. Ability to independently build a work plan and set priorities.

CONDITIONS:

• Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 10 AM to 7 PM.
• Weekly training sessions on sales and psychology.
