Within the ecosystem, we have 9 business units that cover all the needs of a carrier: from digital services to logistics solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy for the short and long term.
- Conducting regular research on the target audience, analysis of competitors, trends, and communication channels.
- Formation of detailed customer portraits and mapping of their needs.
- Lead generation and setting up sales funnels for all 9 business units of the ecosystem.
- Development and implementation of comprehensive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Management of the CRM system and a unified customer database: data quality control, setting up end-to-end analytics, and customer journey optimization.
- Control of brand consistency and quality at all touchpoints (website, social media, presentations, documents, offline materials).
- Formation and maintenance of a positive company reputation in the market.
- Management of the content plan: online magazine, podcasts, development of media as a tool for promoting the brand and products.
- Building, developing, and effectively managing a marketing team: hiring, onboarding, setting KPIs, mentoring, and establishing transparent work processes.
- In-depth analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities: calculation, monitoring, and optimization of key metrics (ROMI, ROI, LTV, CAC, conversion rates), report preparation, and data-driven management decisions.
Who we are looking for:
- An experienced Marketing Director with proven cases of increasing brand awareness and scaling the customer base.
- Strong management skills: ability to build a team from scratch or reorganize the current staff, motivate specialists, and establish systematic department work.
- An expert in marketing analytics: proficient in ROMI, ROI, LTV metrics, able to build dashboards, identify growth points, and justify budgets with data.
- Strategic mindset: ability to see the big picture, plan several steps ahead, and react flexibly to market changes.
- A practitioner and leader simultaneously: ready not only to set tasks but also to dive into key projects, test hypotheses, and bring them to fruition.
- Proficiency in the full spectrum of acquisition channels: from performance and SEO to PR, event marketing, and offline activities.
- Results-oriented, ready to take responsibility and grow with the company.
