Marketing Director for SimpleWine
We are looking for a professional who will shape the SimpleWine brand value and ensure the growth of our wine shops through the development and implementation of a marketing strategy, management of key marketing channels, and creation of strong communications and customer experience.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Adaptation of the marketing strategy in accordance with the company's business and brand strategy for the wine shops.
- Ensuring growth in brand awareness, customer loyalty, and traffic, with a priority on the retail channel.
- Development of a holistic customer experience: integration of offline and online interactions (omnichannel).
- Transformation of the communication strategy to increase the attractiveness and accessibility of the retail format.
- Translating the brand strategy into regular marketing activities and controlling its implementation.
- Development of operational marketing with a focus on the brand: creating product value for the customer.
- Reducing barriers to entry for customers into wine shops through communication and customer experience.
- Interaction with external partners (including in terms of visual environment and customer space).
- Management of the marketing function, including the development of the team and heads of departments.
- Analysis and development of the customer journey map (CJM) taking into account omnichannel interaction (offline and online).
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing investments and initiatives.
Required Competencies:
- Over 10 years of experience in marketing.
- Practical experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, as well as transforming strategies into operational marketing initiatives.
- Team management experience.
- Experience working in an omnichannel environment and analyzing the complete customer journey (CJM) across offline and online channels.
- Experience interacting with agencies, contractors, and consulting partners.
- Deep expertise in brand and operational marketing.
- Understanding of marketing effectiveness evaluation principles (ROMI).
