Chernogolovka, a beverage manufacturer, is looking for a Marketing Director

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the assigned categories/brands.
• In collaboration with the media department: develop, implement, and control the media promotion plan for categories/brands.
• Manage creative and advertising agencies to create and implement advertising campaigns, develop and implement creative strategies, and design packaging visualization and advertising materials within the optimal set budget.
• Initiate and develop long-term and short-term plans for launching new products and innovative solutions for the assigned categories/brands.
• Evaluate and study the market and competitive environment of the assigned categories/brands.
• Analyze consumers – the target audience of the assigned categories/brands.
• Improve the profitability of categories/brands through price management – developing and implementing an effective pricing strategy.
• Budget, implement, and control marketing budget expenditures for the assigned categories/brands.
• Manage the marketing team, ensuring the development of relevant employee skills to achieve plans and business objectives.

Candidate Profile:

• Higher education in Marketing, Management, or Economics.
• At least 10 years of experience in marketing and innovation leadership within FMCG companies.
• Proven experience in successfully launching new products and brands, as well as developing communication strategies from scratch.
• Ability to build and develop a strong team of brand marketers, defining strategic direction, connecting commercial and marketing efforts, and fostering engagement and motivation.
• Strong personal qualities: ability to manage multiple changes, make timely decisions, and effectively collaborate with other department leaders.
