Currently, our company is looking for a Marketing Manager (area of responsibility - leading a brand group including flavored beer, cider, and other categories).
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and execution of the portfolio strategy for the assigned brand group, including:
- Development of an innovation plan for the assigned brands;
- Defense of innovation plans before management;
- Launching innovations according to the plan.
- Responsible for the development and execution of the communication strategy for the assigned brand group, namely:
- Development and defense of the media plan;
- Development of marketing communications for the end consumer.
- Responsible for planning and executing the marketing budget for the assigned brands:
- Planning the marketing budget on an annual basis;
- Analyzing the execution of the marketing budget plan on a monthly basis;
- Optimizing the budget when necessary with no or minimal loss of effectiveness.
- Responsible for the P&L of the assigned brand group, carrying out monthly control of the financial indicators of the assigned brands, as well as adjusting the activities of the assigned brands if necessary to improve P&L indicators.
- Together with the commercial department, develop and monitor the execution of the distribution strategy for the assigned brand group, coordinating the commercial department on assortment prioritization and new product market launch.
Requirements
- Higher education in marketing, economics, or management.
- Marketing experience in a similar position for 5 years or more;
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of brand marketing, consumer behavior, portfolio strategy principles;
- Successful experience in launching new products (NPD);
- Ability to work with data: analyze, interpret, and form recommendations (Nielsen, HH panels, Brand Health Trackers, internal data);
- Brand P&L management;
- Strong time management and cross-functional communication skills;
- Team management experience of at least 2 years.
