The Marketing Department is looking for a Brand Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and launch of new products and SKUs;
• Manage company brands under the guidance of the Marketing Manager;
• Analyze the market and consumers using "Chestny ZNAK" data, Romir panel, brand health tracker, open sources, and propose opportunities for brand development;
• Regularly monitor brand performance using internal data: sales, distribution, point-of-sale presence, P&L – interpret this data in conjunction with each other and identify growth opportunities for brands;
• Transform these growth opportunities into real cross-functional initiatives to achieve measurable results;
• Lead the development of communication campaigns for brands;
• Actively participate in brand planning, forming a short-term and long-term portfolio strategy (brand roles, pricing strategy, communication, promotion across different sales channels).

Our Expectations:

• Higher education (degree in a relevant field is preferred);
• Experience in launching new products;
• 3+ years of experience in commercial functions within FMCG companies, preferably in brand management. Experience in innovation, media, or sales is also considered.
• Experience working with Nielsen and "Chestny ZNAK" analytics;
• Learning agility, result-orientation, time management skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
