We are looking for a Head of People for Dodo Pizza (Dodo Brands), who will become an HR leader in a rapidly growing business and help build a people management system so that the company can grow without losing quality.
We need not just an HR specialist, but a business partner: a person with systemic thinking, internal support, and the ability to influence results through people, processes, and management decisions. In the first stage, the key focus of the role is to build the most effective mass recruitment department. The further growth of the business largely depends on the effectiveness of this function. After stabilizing the direction, the role will gradually expand towards the development of the entire HR function and HRBP.
What you will do:
Formulate and implement HR strategy:
- Define personnel function development priorities in line with business goals;
- Build a people management system at the company's growth stage;
- Launch and support changes.
Develop the HR function as a system:
- Strengthen recruitment, onboarding, retention, and feedback management;
- Build clear processes and areas of responsibility;
- Improve the quality of interaction between teams.
Manage HR metrics and efficiency:
Be responsible for:
- Staffing levels;
- Recruitment efficiency;
- Employee turnover and retention;
- Time to productivity for employees;
- Onboarding quality.
Make decisions based on data and analytics.
Work together with the business:
- Interact with the operational block, back office, and managers;
- Assist in making HR decisions;
- Develop management practices;
- Strengthen teams through people and processes.
What is important to have from the start:
- Systemic thinking and a mature approach to people;
- Understanding HR as a tool for influencing business, not just a recruitment function;
- Ability to work in a dynamic, direct, and demanding environment;
- Independence, flexibility, and internal resilience;
- Simplicity and clarity in communication;
- Interest in growing together with the business.
What will be an advantage:
- Experience in HoReCa, retail, or chain businesses;
- Experience in companies with a large number of employees and managers;
- Experience with onboarding, retention, feedback, and team development;
- Understanding the impact of HR on business economics;
- Experience in strategy formulation, process building, and cross-functional interaction;
- Experience working with HR metrics and analytics.
Conditions:
- Primarily remote work format with in-person meetings;
- Compensation is discussed individually, depending on experience and potential;
- Official employment;
- 50% discounts on company products;
- High degree of influence, quick decisions, and the opportunity to grow into a strong HR leader and HRBP within the company;
- Prospect of participating in an international project.
Who we are NOT looking for:
- An armchair HR without practical experience and no interest in business;
- A person who prefers a formal role to real impact on results;
- Someone who is not ready for direct feedback and high dynamics;
- A closed-off and inflexible person who finds it difficult to work in a dynamic environment.
